Terms of Service
Please read these terms of service before using Fixdiwa. Registering an account or using the platform means you accept all of the terms below.
Last updated: 25 กรกฎาคม 2569 (25 July 2026)
1. About the platform
Fixdiwa is an intermediary platform that matches “customers” who need a repair or service with independent “technicians” registered on the platform, using AI to analyze the problem described and real technician data in order to recommend the best-fitting technician. Fixdiwa is not the technicians' employer and is not itself a repair-service provider. Each technician is an independent contractor responsible for the quality of their own work.
2. Eligibility and user accounts
- You must provide accurate, truthful information when registering, and are responsible for the security of your own account and password.
- Technicians must pass a profile and skills review by our team against the platform's criteria before accepting jobs (currently this reviews the profile information a technician self-reports; it is not yet identity verification against a government-issued document).
- Creating fake accounts, impersonating another person, or providing false information is prohibited.
3. AI-assisted matching and job creation
The AI system analyzes the reported problem and suggests a service category, relevant skills, and a shortlist of suitable technicians. The customer must “confirm” the analysis before a job is created every time. The AI's analysis is only a preliminary suggestion — it is not a guarantee of the accuracy of that analysis or the quality of any recommended technician.
4. Payments and fees
- In-app payments are direct bank transfers into the platform administrator's own bank account via our own PromptPay QR - no external payment provider is involved. Funds are recorded as “pending review” until our staff manually verifies and confirms the transfer, at which point payout to the technician is processed after the job is complete — see the secure payments page for details.
- Technicians are charged a progressive platform fee based on their lifetime cumulative earnings. Current rates are shown on the guide page and in the technician dashboard.
- For jobs paid in cash or by direct transfer outside the platform, the platform is not responsible for payment disputes arising from transactions made outside the system.
5. Cancellations, refunds, and warranty
The terms of job cancellation and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and warranty terms are governed by our Warranty Terms, both of which form part of these terms of service.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Using the platform to commit fraud, deceive others, or engage in unlawful conduct is prohibited.
- Harassing, threatening, or otherwise mistreating another customer or technician is prohibited.
- Soliciting the other party to a job to transact outside the platform, in order to bypass the protection of our escrow and warranty systems, is prohibited.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the system, or interfering with the platform's operation, is prohibited.
Violating the above may result in your account being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
7. Limitation of liability
Fixdiwa is an intermediary platform that matches customers with independent technicians and is not itself a repair-service provider. Damage arising from workmanship quality, accidents, or negligence during a job is primarily the responsibility of the technician who performed the work, within the scope of our Warranty Terms. The platform will assist in mediating disputes and will process complaints to the best of its ability, but does not guarantee any outcome, and does not accept liability beyond the value of the job or the scope stated in the relevant policy.
The platform is not liable for indirect damages, damages arising from force majeure, or damages arising from a user providing false information or misusing the service.
8. Dispute resolution and complaints
Customers and technicians may report problems through the in-app reporting system, which carries a response-time target (SLA) based on the urgency assessed by AI and by our staff. If the parties cannot reach agreement within the platform, either party may pursue their legal rights through the appropriate channels.
9. Governing law
These terms of service are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any related dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
10. Changes to these terms, and responsible party
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you have questions about these terms, you may contact นายนภัทร รัตนนาคินทร์, who is responsible for operating the platform, via the contact page.
